the aims and purposes of the Foundation; continuity
of its projects and the welfare of the members. |

To comply with the rules
and regulations prescribed by Law and by Foundation’s
law and the membership rules, policies and
decisions of the Board of Trustees |

To protect the name
and the image of the Foundation and to maintain
loyalty thereto. |

To pay the prescribed
dues and fees duly approved by the Board of
Trustees. |

To attend regular and
special meetings and participate in the projects,
trainings, seminars, activities of the foundation. |

To deliberate
during membership meetings and to vote on
issues raised before such meetings. |
| * |
To seek any elective
position, subject to provision of the By-Laws
and should be a member of good standing for
at least 2 years. |
| * |
To avail themselves
of the services of the Foundation. |
| * |
To have access to and
examine the records of the Foundation. |
No member shall be allowed to
withdraw or terminate his/her membership during
any period in which he/she has any pending obligation
with the Foundation.
