Per November 2003 Board Resolution, membership shall be classified into regular members and volunteers effective January 2004

Regular members are covered by the By Laws Membership Rules and code of Ethics
Volunteers are those who are interested to participate only in chosen projects or activities

Finalization, implementation and training of members on Code of Ethics and Life Way Policies and Procedures for Good Governance starting 2004

Educational Activities for Out-of School children shall be spearheaded by the committee on Membership and Special Projects Commitees in Metro Manila barangays to launch a pilot program of reading, drawing, singing activities.
